The petitioner is essentially aggrieved that the FIR has not been registered on her complaint by the SHO, New Ashok Nagar. 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that Respondent No. 5 had established physical relations with the petitioner on the false pretext of marriage.

The petitioner, on 15.11.2024, visited Police Station New Ashok Nagar and complained about the same. However, no FIR has been registered.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that the allegation relates to Respondent No. 5 establishing physical relations with the petitioner on the pretext of marriage and in terms of the protocol the FIR is registered after conducting medical examination and the counselling session since it is often found that such FIRs are registered to falsely implicate the accused persons.

She submits that the petitioner had went to the Police Station on 15.11.2024, however, then never turned up for the counselling session.

She submits that the petitioner can contact SI Ritika at any date of her convenience and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

She also assures that the petitioner will not be harassed in any manner whatsoever.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court in case any grievance remains in future.
