The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the daughter of the petitioner, namely, Ms. Tanya, before this Court. 2.

The girl has appeared before this Court in person, and so has the boy, namely, Shri Abhishek.

We have interacted with both of them. The girl, who is a major, wishes to stay with her parents. She is at liberty to do so. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
