% 01.03.2016 Learned counsel for the Delhi Police submits that two Type-2 quarters, being (1) Quarter Nos.61 and 78, Type-II, Civil Lines Police Colony, Delhi and (2) Quarter No.D-7, Type-II, New Police Lines, Delhi are available and the appellant can choose one amongst these. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that these options are satisfactory. In these circumstances, the appellant shall indicate his choice within a week to the respondents. The second respondent is directed to ensure that vacant possession is given to the appellant of the said flat within four weeks or in any case on or before 07.04.2016. The petitioner shall hand over possession of the flat which is currently under his occupation simultaneously to the GNCTD. The direction of
the learned Single Judge to the respondents to conduct a departmental enquiry in the circumstances is rendered unnecessary.
