By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers:
"...i. Direct the Ld. Additional Sessions Judgc-04, North District! Rohini Courts, Delhi to speedily, expeditiously and in a time bound manned dispose of the Criminal Appeal bearing C.A. No. 67/2024 titled Faisal Ansari Versus Mahjabin;
ii. Direct the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge-04, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi to either vacate the interim stay that has been extended on each date of hearing since 09.01.2024, or, in the alternative, pass a reasoned and detailed order if it intends to continue the said interim stay pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal..."

The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that on five occasions, i.e., on 30.01.2025, 06.03.2025, 26.03.2025, 26.07.2025, 28.08.2025, the matter was listed for clarifications/arguments before the learned Appellate Court. It is further stated that the learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed arguments on several occasions, however, the appeal has not been disposed of, nor the order dated 08.02.2025, passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate been vacated.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the FIR in this case was registered in the year 2023, the learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the Criminal Appeal No. 67/2024 titled as "Faisal Ansari v. Mahjabin", pending before it within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. 7.
Accordingly, the present petition, along with pending application, stands disposed of.
