% 02.04.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents states that the impugned notification dated 6th December, 2017 is no longer in force. A fresh notification dated 21st March, 2018 has been issued imposing several conditions.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and states that he would examine the new notification and if deemed appropriate file a fresh writ petition. We take the statements on record and dispose of the writ petition with liberty as prayed for without making comments on merits. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
