% 02.11.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.54 is a proforma party.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 53 submitted on instructions that workmen shall file a detail list deleting the names of deceased workmen and shall file an amended memo of parties after deleting the names of the expired workmen within one week from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grievance of the petitioner now stands satisfied.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition as well as all the pending applications. He also submits that this matter be listed before the concerned Tribunal.

Accordingly, the present petition as well as all the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

Parties are directed to appear before the concerned Tribunal on 30.11.2017, as prayed.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
