This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: "i. Initiate contempt proceeding against the alleged contemnors for willfully and deliberately disobeying the order dated 15.09.2025 of this Hon'ble Court passed in W.P. (C) No. 14033/2025 and they be punished for their willful disobedience of order dated 15.09.2025. ii. Pass any other or further order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Vide order dated 15.09.2025 in W.P.(C) No. 14033/2025, the learned Single Judge of this Court passed the following directions: "5. In view of the above, the DOA is directed to treat the present petition as representation and dispose of the same within a period of four days, and the order may be communicated to the petitioner as well as to its counsel within two days thereafter." Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner has been decided and duly communicated to him vide letter dated 22.09.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said representation has not been decided in accordance with law and benefit has been given to some other person.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to exercise all his remedies with respect to the aforesaid decision taken by the respondent.
