1. In view of the changed circumstances, and particularly since, admittedly, Respondent No. 1 has already been wound up, the present petition in the present form cannot be entertained. The Petitioner is, however, at liberty to file a fresh application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 after gathering the relevant facts qua the other Respondents and seek appropriate remedies on that basis.
