% 12.07.2017 It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the matter stands settled in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 30.3.2017 and the terms of settlement are mention in paragraph 8 of the said Settlement Agreement dated 30.3.2017. The parties shall be bound by the settlement so arrived at before the Mediation Centre. The defendants have no objection in case the suit is decreed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) of the plaint. The suit stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement. Decree be drawn in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) of the plaint. Since the matter has been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, in terms of Section 16-A of the Court Fees Act, the court fees be refunded to the plaintiff.
