% 03.04.2018 The status report has been submitted on behalf of the State. Submissions made on behalf of either side. The status report dated 02.04.2018 under the signatures of SHO, PS Chanakyapuri states categorically to the effect that on inquiries conducted from Airtel, it has been found out that the IP address in relation to mobile phone no. 9996005291 that had been utilized for filing the online VISA application form of the accused Ishan Mehta had been utilized by the accused Ishan Mehta himself and it has thus been submitted on behalf of the State fairly that the applicant has no role to play as alleged by the co-accused Ishan Mehta in preparation of the false and fraudulent documents for obtaining passport.

In view thereof, the applicant in the event of arrest is allowed to

be released on bail on his filing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court subject to the conditions that he shall join the investigation as and when required and shall not leave the country without the permission of the Court.

The application is disposed of.
