% 31.08.2016 None appears for the plaintiffs. The matter was listed before the Joint Registrar on 26.08.2015 for recording the plaintiffs' evidence, but none appeared for the plaintiffs on that date. Accordingly, the suit was adjourned to 04.03.2016, subject to payment of cost of `5,000/-.

On the next date i.e. 04.03.2016, none appeared for the plaintiffs. On that date the matter was taken up earlier than scheduled (it was taken up in pre lunch session, although it was scheduled for post lunch session) and accordingly was adjourned to 18.07.2016 for recording plaintiffs evidence.

On 18.07.2016 also none appeared for the plaintiffs and the suit was directed to be listed before this Court.

It is seen that the plaintiffs have not appeared consecutively on more than two occasions; they have also not filed their affidavits of evidence.
