% 12.10.2018 The defendant has filed I.A. 13190/2018 for rejection of the plaint on the ground that there is a valid arbitration agreement contained in Article 23 and Article 24 of the Distributorship Agreement dated 01st March, 2017. Learned counsel for the defendant submits that the defendant has validly invoked the arbitration on 08th October, 2018. Copy of the letter dated 08th October, 2018 is handed over and is taken on record. Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission to withdraw the suit with liberty to agitate claims before the learned Arbitral Tribunal The suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

I.A. 13190/2018 is disposed of.
