% 29.08.2016 CM 30208/2015 (for withdrawal of amount by the petitioner) According to the applicant, as per the Award dated 28th August 2011 the petitioner was required to pay 50% of the back wages last drawn from the date of termination of the respondents of the workman service till the date of his retirement and along with compensation of Rs.10,000/-. The said amount became payable from after 30 days of publication of the said Award. The Award was published on 20th August 2011. The aforesaid monies became payable on 20th September 2011. The aforesaid amount i.e. Rs.2,09,124/-, purporting to be entire amount payable as per the Award, was deposited in this Court. The said money has been kept in FDR. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said amount may be released towards satisfying the Award, for which an Execution Petition has been filed by the workman. The said amount is liable to be released to

respondent Babu Lal along with interest accrued thereon @ 6% i.e. the award rate of interest.

Issue fresh notice to the respondent through ordinary process, speed post as well as through counsel, returnable on 22nd March 2017. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
