% 28.03.2017 The present petition is filed under Section 24 of the CPC for transferring the RCA No.13/2015, titled as "Nanak Chand & Anr. v. Surinder Kumar" pending in the court of Sh.Mahavir Singhal(presently Sh.Anil Kumar Sisodia, ADJ, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi), to the appropriate court of North West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the suit property is situated at Shalimar Bagh, Delhi and the appropriate court to have territorial jurisdiction would be at North West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi. He submits that the matter was wrongly filed in Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has no objection to the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. RCA No.13/2015, titled as "Nanak Chand & Anr. v. Surinder Kumar" pending in the court of Sh.Mahavir Singhal (presently in the court of Sh.Anil Kumar

Sisodia, ADJ), Additional District Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi is transferred to the court of District Judge, North West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi for assignment of the matter to the appropriate court. All the pending applications are also disposed of. The parties are directed to appear before the District Judge, North West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi on 24.04.2017.
