The petitioner had come to Delhi with her parents and was working at a place, whereafter she was allegedly sexually abused by few people. 3.

By this petition the petitioner sought protection and to join the company of her parents. This Court had spoken to the petitioner in chamber and found that things stated in the petition were not correct and the petitioner was made to sign the petition. Today petitioner and her parents are present in Court. Her parents state that they had been searching for the whereabouts of their daughter for the last few months and failing in their attempts lodged a complaint of kidnapping at PS Sihani Gate, Ghaziabad on 17th February, 2018 being FIR No. 343/2018 under Section 363 IPC.
