By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 558/2024 dated 04.12.2024, registered under Sections 20/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Malviya Nagar, District South, Delhi. 2.

Mr. Meghan, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application, without prejudice to the applicant's right to file an application for bail before the learned Sessions Court at the appropriate stage.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case and on the proposed application (if any), which will be for the concerned Court to consider.
