CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR

O R D E R

% 21.02.2017 The parties are present in Court. On the last date i.e. on 23.01.2017 it had been recorded that the parties are residing together since 23.12.2016; the matter had been adjourned for today and the parties had been directed to be present in person. Both the parties reiterate that they have been living together happily since 23.12.2016 and they have no grievance left against one another. In this view of the matter, the parties pray that the appeal which has been filed by petitioner wife against the judgment dated 26.02.2010 passed by the learned Family Court in H.M.A. No.230/2008 (under Section 13 (1) (ia) of the H.M.A. Act granting a decree of divorce to the respondent husband) be allowed. In view of the aforenoted consent arrangement arrived at between the parties, the

impugned judgement dated 20.02.2010 (vide which the parties had been granted divorced status) is set aside.

No further orders are called for in this appeal. Appeal stands disposed of.
