It appears that against the present petitioner, an ex-parte decree was passed and in the execution proceedings, by way of the impugned order, learned trial court appointed a Bailiff with the directions to the local police to assist so that the present respondent no.1/DH could enter into his premises. It is informed by learned counsel for petitioner/Judgment Debtor No.2 that he has filed an application under Order IX Rule 13 CPC along with an application for stay of execution.
