Petitioners have assailed order dated 11.08.2025 of the learned trial court, whereby their application seeking recall of order dated 09.02.2024 was dismissed. Paragraph 9 of the impugned order bears the crux. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition and file afresh challenging order dated 09.02.2024 as well.

The petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought, making it clear that the trial court proceedings are not being stayed.
