The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "(i) Allow the Contempt petition for deliberate noncompliance of the Order dated L9.3.2025 by the respondents in W.P. (C) No. 1437 /2025 in the matter of Mahendra Pratap Singh v. Registrar of Societies, Govt of NCT of Delhi and Others and initiate contempt of Court proceedings against the respondents under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971; and (ii) Pass any other order deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that vide order dated 19.03.2025, learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 1437/2025 passed the following order: - "13. It is further expected that in view of large number of voters, which as per learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 is approximately 9000 members all over India, it is expected that the verification process would be revised by the respondent no. 2. Further, the respondent no. 2 shall also involve the respondent no. l, i.e., Registrar of Societies, in the process for authentication of the voters' list."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent on advance notice submits that in terms of the observations made by the learned Single Judge, the process for verification is underway. It is further submitted that no specific directions, with respect to any timeline, were given in the said judgment.

In these circumstances, no case of willful disobedience or noncompliance is made out and thus, this Court finds no justifiable cause to entertain this petition.

The present petition is dismissed and disposed of accordingly. 7.
