The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following prayers:

"a) Initiate contempt of court proceedings against the Respondent, summon and punish the same for having deliberately and intentionally flouted the order dated 29.07.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in O.M.P 05/2025, as also for the contumacious and wilful breach of the affidavit of undertaking dated 02.08.2025 filed by the Respondent before this Hon'ble Court;

b) Direct the Respondent to expeditiously handover vacant and peaceful possession of the subject premises to the Petitioner without any further delay; and c) Pass any other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.
