W.P.(C) 2039/2016 & CM Appl. 8773/2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 23rd February, 2016 whereby the respondent No.2-Estate Officer has rejected the petitioner's application challenging his appointment under Section 4 of the Public Premises (Eviction for Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971. Learned counsel for petitioner states that respondent No.2 while dismissing the petitioner's application has not dealt with the allegations made against him.

Since admittedly this ground has been taken in W.P.(C) 588/2016, this Court is of the opinion that no useful purpose would be served by entertaining the present writ petition.

Accordingly, present writ petition and application are disposed of with a direction that the impugned order would abide by the judgment in W.P.(C) 588/2016 as and when it is delivered. MANMOHAN, J MARCH 09, 2016 js
