Criminal Misc. Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of one accused/Petitioner, Shazia Faizan for quashing of FIR No. 0371/2025 under Section 74/115(2)/126(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar, Delhi.

Learned APP for the State, submits that on investigations, three other persons have been identified as accused.

In view of the facts that the investigations are still ongoing and there are three more accused to have been identified while the Petition has been filed by one accused.
