A Criminal Misc. Petition under Section 482Cr.P.C/528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.214/2017 under Section 420 IPC registered at Police Station Tilak Marg, New Delhi. 4.

As per the Petitioner himself the Chargesheet has been filed way back in 2018. The matter is pending at the stage of Charge. The Petitioner is at liberty to take the grounds as taken in the present Petition which is essentially inaction and a Settlement between the parties before the learned Trial Court.
