Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against respondent for not complying with the specific directions given by learned Division Bench of this Court on 27.09.2024 in W.P.(C) No. 13664/2024. 2.
By virtue of the above said order, the respondents were directed to decide the representation of the petitioner and to communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks. 3.
It is quite obvious that petitioner has come up with a lightning speed as such period expired only on 27.11.2024.

petitioner, preferably, within a period of four weeks from today. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above said assurance, she does not press the contempt petition at the moment. She, however, submits that, in case, needful is not done within the above said time frame, she may be given liberty to revive the present contempt petition. 6.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
