In compliance of directions contained in order dated 14.01.2026 passed in the present petition, the SHO is present in Court and has handed over a status report during the course of hearing. Let the same be filed in the registry of this Court.

Having heard respective counsel for the parties, the following directions are issued to ensure compliance with the directions contained in order dated 09.09.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 15074/2023: (i) Immediate action shall be taken by the respondents on the KUMAR PATEL 17:54:23 CONT.CAS(C) 1897/2024

complaint of the petitioner; the necessary encroachments to which the petitioner has drawn attention shall be expeditiously removed by the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 with the aid of the respondent no.4. (ii) The respondent no.4 is restrained from taking any retaliatory measures against the petitioner, apprehensions regarding which were expressed by the petitioner during the course of hearing on 14.01.2026 and is also apparent from the nature of inquiry being conducted by the SHO, adverted to in paragraph-12 of the status report dated 14.05.2026 handed in Court today. 3.
