The petitioner husband has assailed maintenance order dated 23.07.2025. Learned counsel for respondent wife appearing on advance intimation accepts notice.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner shall deposit the entire arrears of the awarded maintenance with the Registry of this Court, so that he may be protected from execution. Learned counsel submits that petitioner shall continue to pay the running maintenance in terms with the impugned order.

Subject to petitioner depositing the entire arrears of the awarded maintenance with the Registry of this Court within one week, operation of the impugned order to the extent of arrears of maintenance shall remain The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
