After some hearing, Mr. Ankit Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ["CPC"], on the ground that the same is not maintainable in view of the proviso to Section 115(1) of CPC. He further seeks liberty for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies against the impugned order, in accordance with law. 2.

The revision petition, along with pending applications, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
