% 29.11.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the revision petition before the learned sessions court.

In view of the submissions made, the petition along with the pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All the contentions are kept on. It is made clear that no expression made herein shall tantamount to be an expression on the merits of the case. The time consumed in filing of the present petition may also be condoned by the learned sessions court.
