O R D E R

% 21.07.2016 A quarrel took place between the petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 on some trivial matter.

It is alleged that petitioner nos. 2 to 4 were accompanying the petitioner no. 1.

After verbal altercation, petitioners gave beatings to the respondent no. 2.

No injury was sustained by the respondent no. 2. On the complaint of respondent no. 2, FIR no. 623/2015 under Sections 384/506/34 IPC was registered at Police Station South Campus.

Petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 21st December, 2015. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and submits that he has no objection in case present FIR is quashed.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that petitioner no. 1 is also involved in two other cases. Keeping in mind the compromise arrived at between the parties and other facts and circumstances, FIR No. 623/2015 under Sections 384/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station South Campus and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, subject to, however, cost of `30,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner no. 1 with Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within four weeks. Receipt, evidencing deposit of cost, be produced before the Investigating Officer. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
