CS(OS) 112/2017 The fees bill in terms of the order dated 04.11.2024 has not been filed by the plaintiff. The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that he could not file the same as the same has been misplaced. He however, submits that he has already filed Certificate of Costs dated 25.07.2024 along with his bank statement.

The learned counsel for defendant submits that he wants to file objections to the same. The same be filed within three weeks with copy to the opposite side. Re-notify the matter for further proceedings on 18.08.2025.
