This is a petition impugning the order dated 15.10.2024 passed by the Ld. Sessions Court granting anticipatory bail to respondents no. 2 and 3 in case FIR no. 310/2024 under Sections 110/75/76/79/115(2)/351(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023.

The Ld. Counsel for respondents no. 2 and 3 submits that investigation is complete and charge sheet has already been filed before the Trial Court and since after filing of the charge sheet, respondent no. 2 and 3 have already been enlarged on regular bail.

by the petitioner, the Ld. Sessions Court has cancelled the regular bail granted to respondent no. 4 on account of violation of bail conditions. 4.

Be that as it may, the fact remains that after the grant of anticipatory bail, the respondent no. 2 and 3 have been granted regular bail by the Court, the present petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail, therefore, has become infructuous.
