An Application has been filed for quashing of the FIR No.052/2017 in terms of the Compromise dated 01.09.2025 between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5 Sh. Vijay Kumar Vishrant, who is the Complainant. 4.
The parties have No Objection if the matter is taken up today. 5.
In view of the submissions made, the matter is taken up today. 6.

A Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.052/2017 dated 14.02.2017 under Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 at Police Station IGI Airport, New Delhi.

It is submitted that the parties have amicably resolved all their disputes and now there is no ill feeling or hurt sentiments of the Complainant. The parties have voluntarily without any pressure, force or coercion have settled the matter in terms of the Compromise Deed dated 01.09.2025.

It is submitted that both the petitioners and respondent No. 2 have already sorted out their all differences with the intervention of their respective persons of the vicinity and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed.

The Petitioner and Respondent No.5/Complainant are present in the Court and endorses the terms of the Compromise dated 01.09.2025. The Respondent No.5/Complainant has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioner on account of the settlement already arrived at between the parties.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 13.
In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 052/2017 registered at Police Station IGI The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
Airport, for offences punishable under Section 3 of the Schedules Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua the Petitioner.
