The present appeal, filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, challenges the Order dated 26.10.2024 as well as the Order dated 08.02.2023, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, in case HMA No. 108/2022, titled as "Brig Vijendra Singh Joon v. Neelam Joon Nee Neelam Dhanker". 2.
The learned Family Court has already observed that proceedings with respect to the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 shall be proceeded concurrently with the cross-examination of the witness.

Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, is no ground to stay the cross-examination of the witnesses.

Hence, the present Appeal is without any merit and the Impugned Order does not merit any interference. 5.
Accordingly, the present Appeal, along with pending application(s), if any, is dismissed.
