The present Petitions, under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seek to challenge the Award dated 27.06.2026, read with the corrigendum dated 21.08.2025. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are ad idem that the disputes between the parties stand resolved and the settlement has been formally reduced into a Settlement Agreement dated 13.03.2026.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seek liberty to withdraw the present Petitions. 4.

Liberty, as sought for, is granted.
