the suppression of fact and non-disclosure of material information pertaining to the cause, dismissed the writ petition with costs of Rs. 30,000/-.

Before us, it is conceded that the filing of the suit was never disclosed in the writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid, we find no justification to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge. The appeal shall stand dismissed.
