This is a petition filed under Section 29A (4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator by a further period of 6 months for making and publishing the final Award.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that due to some issues with regard to the fee of the Arbitrator, the matter got delayed. 3.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Gupta, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.

I am satisfied that a sufficient cause has been shown. 6.

Hence, the mandate of the Arbitrator is extended upto 4 months from today to conclude the arbitration proceedings. 7.

The period from 03.11.2025 till today stands regularized. 8.
