Talwant Singh, learned District & Sessions Judge, East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi as he was of the opinion that jurisdiction of the present matter does not lies in the said district and rather the same lies in Shahdara District.

Accordingly the ministerial order dated 06.04.2016 for transfer of the present matter to East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, is modified.
