The present petition filed under Section 29A (4) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeks extension of time for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the Arbitral Award. 6.
The mandate of the learned arbitrator is due to expire on 28.01.2025. difficulty in completing the arbitral proceedings till the said date, inter-alia on account of pendency of SLP(C) No.26441/26442-2024, arising out of the same arbitral proceedings. It is submitted that the said SLP is coming up for hearing on 03.12.2024, and it would suffice if the time period for completion of arbitral proceedings, is extended till 31.3.2025. 7.
Learned counsel for the respondent does not oppose the aforesaid request.

In the circumstances, the time period for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award is extended till 31.03.2025. 9.
