% 19.05.2025 CM APPL. 30283/2025 By way of this joint application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the parties seek disposal of the present petition, based on a settlement comprised in Memorandum of Understanding dated 15.05.2025 ('MoU'). Copy of MoU has been placed on record.

Under the MoU, the parties have inter-alia agreed to the following: 2.1.
The petitioners have undertaken to vacate the subject premises being Shop no. IX/6879, Ground Floor, Janta Gali, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi, by or before 31.07.2025; and 2.2.
The respondent has agreed to pay to the petitioners a cumulative sum of Rs.05 lacs towards the improvements made in the subject premises, which amount has been tendered in RC.REV. 358/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. court today by way of 03 post-dated cheques, since the amount has to be received by the petitioners at the time of vacation of the premises i.e., on or before 31.07.2025.

Parties are present in court. They have confirmed that they have signed the memorandum of understanding voluntarily; and they undertake to remain bound by the terms thereof. 4.
Application stands disposed-of.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed-of, in terms of the settlement comprised in Memorandum of Understanding dated 15.05.2025; and holding the parties bound by the settlement. 6.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. 7.
The date of 21st July 2025, given earlier, stands cancelled.
