The present Appeal, filed under Section 13(1)(1A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, challenges the Judgment & Decree dated 30.08.2024 passed by the learned District Judge, Commercial Court-02, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in case bearing CS (Comm.) No. 382/2023.

Mr. Raj Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that the Parties had settled the matter and hence, he has instructions to withdraw the present Appeal.
