The present Appeal has been filed under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, read with Section 13(1A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, assailing the order dated 18.09.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in CS (COMM) 800/2024, titled "Omirico Limited, Through its Liquidator & Anr. v. PJSC Sberbank & Anr." whereby, the suit seeking enforcement of Mareva Injunction Order dated 14.08.2023 was dismissed 2.

Learned Counsel for the Appellants prays for permission to withdraw the present Appeal, which is not opposed by learned Counsel for the Respondents.
