1. The present petition under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for transfer of HMA petition bearing No. 517/2023 titled "Piyush Govils vs. Surbhi Gupta", from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, South-West District, Dwarka, New Delhi to Principal Judge Family Court, Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent has fairly submitted that he has no objection if the matter is transferred to Principal Judge Family Court, Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.
3. In view thereof, HMA petition bearing No. 517/2023 titled "Piyush Govils vs. Surbhi Gupta" is withdrawn from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, South-West District, Dwarka, New Delhi and is The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. transferred to Principal Judge Family Court, Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, Delhi. The transferor Court is directed to send the entire record of HMA petition bearing No. 517/2023 to the transferee Court. Subsequently, the parties are directed to appear before the Principal Judge Family Court, Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, Delhi on 21.04.2025.
4. Copy of the order be sent to Principal Judge, Family Court, SouthWest District, Dwarka, New Delhi and Principal Judge Family Court, Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, Delhi for necessary information and compliance.
