The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide an Order dated 02.12.2024, the respondents have agreed to extend the retention of the accommodation by the petitioner till 31.12.2025. Therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file afresh in case a fresh cause of action arises in future. 2.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
