The present petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayer:- "a) issue appropriate writ, order or directions thereby calling for the record of respondent no. 2 in Case no. 238/2012-CA titled as "Manoj Gupta vs Additional Commisioner, Licencing Unit, Delhi Police";
b) issue appropriate writ, order or directions thereby setting aside the impugned order of Court of Lt. Governor dated 07.08.2013 where by application for Grant of Arm Licence No. 5016 dated 27.07.2012 has been rejected; or c) issue appropriate writ, order or directions thereby directing respondent no. 3 to grant fire arms licence to the petitioner; d) pass such other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.
