The petition is for the directions for execution of the order dated 21.10.2022 passed by the respondent no.3- Real Estate Regulatory Authority ('RERA') in various complaint cases.

Admittedly, the execution proceedings are pending before RERA. The RERA is fully capable of implementing its own order. 3.

There is no finding recorded by RERA that the execution proceedings cannot be carried out. of the Executing Court of RERA. The Court can examine the legality and validity of the order passed by the Sub-ordinate Court or the Tribunals. 4.
