Heard the learned counsel for the parties and Mr. Mahender Shukla, learned counsel representing the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. 2.

This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent Corporation to take certain action against illegal constructions which are said to have been carried out by respondent no.5. Learned counsel representing the MCD, on instructions, has stated that the necessary action has already been initiated and even demolition orders have also been passed. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned counsel for the MCD.
