O R D E R

% 04.04.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties invite our attention to the One-Time Settlement (for short 'OTS') dated

3.03.2018 entered into by and between the parties in relation to the underlying disputes to urge that the present proceedings be disposed off in terms thereof.

The copy of the said OTS dated 31.03.2018 has been handed over in Court today. The same is exhibited as Ex. C and is taken on record.

A perusal of the terms and conditions of the said OTS reflect that the same are lawful and are hereby accepted by the Court. The writ petitions are disposed off as settled, whilst directing the parties to comply with their reciprocal obligations thereunder without demur.

Needless to state, the respondent shall be at liberty to revive the proceedings in the event the petitioners default in fulfilling their obligations under the said OTS.

Learned counsel for the parties, on instructions, from the latter, state that they shall unilaterally withdraw all pending proceedings inter se forthwith.

The undertaking is accepted.
