the applicants in CM No.9483-84/2017, submits that the Cooperative Societies would approach the Office of the Registrar, Cooperative Societies for further processing and recommendation of their cases to the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with law. He submits that, as per the Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 the petitioners would be entitled to allotment of land.

Learned counsel appearing for the Registrar, Cooperative Societies,

///// submits that, if and when the petitioners approach the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, they will examine the claim in terms of para 19 of the order of this Court dated 8.9.2016 and in accordance with law. We clarify that the order dated 8.9.2016 does not make 4.

any observations on merits with reference to seniority or priority to any society/societies and with regard to allotment of land. All issues and questions relating to allotment of land are left open. 5.

Liberty is granted to the Cooperative Societies to approach the Court or appropriate forum by way of an application or appropriate writ petition, if required in case of any grievance. It will also be open to the members who i have been disqualified to challenge their disqualification in accordance with law. Similarly, members whose eligibility conditions or documents have not been verified and are claiming memberships are at liberty to take steps in W J accordance with law.
