The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhiyta, 2023 (BNSS) seeking the following reliefs: - "Issue appropriate orders &/or directions to the respondent No. 1 to 3 to protect the life, liberty & fundamental rights of the petitioners & grant police protection to them against the respondent No. 3 &their relatives, friends, associates, accomplices, agents or anybody else acting on their behalf; Restrain the respondent No. 5, their relatives, friends, associates, accomplices, agents or anybody else acting on their behalf from visiting the petitioners at their residence;" 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners state that Respondent No. 5 is the father of the complainant who has filed FIR No. 738/2024 wherein one of the family members of the Petitioners i.e., Mr. Ansh is an accused. 2.1 He states that Mr. Ansh has already been enlarged on an anticipatory W.P.(CRL) 3734/2024 Page 1 of 3 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
bail by the Coordinate Bench vide order 12.12.2024. 2.2 He states however the Respondent No. 5 has been extending threats to the Petitioners and in this regard he relies upon the audio and video clips received by Petitioner No. 2. He states that the said audio as well as video clips were received by the Petitioner No.2 on her mobile in a WhatsApp group in which Petitioner No. 2 is also a member.
2.3 He states that the concerned SHO of Police Station (PS) Dabri be directed to look into these audios and videos clips and take appropriate action on the grievances of Petitioners in accordance with law. 3.
Learned ASC states that Petitioner No. 2 may appear before the Station House Officer (SHO), P.S. Dabri along with mobile phone on which the said audio and video clips have been received, on 30.01.2025 at 04:00 P.M. 4.
It is ordered accordingly.

In addition, learned ASC states that the phone number of SHO of PS Dabri and the concerned Beat Constable will be provided to the Petitioners and they can reach out to the SHO/Beat Constable in case of any threat perceived.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the aforesaid statement of the learned ASC and directions passed, the present petition be disposed of.

The Beat Constable and the SHO of PS Dabri are directed to remain responsive to any distress call received from the Petitioners. 8.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of, along with pending application if any. 9.
